• During the entire assignment, HR Solutions LT will maintain constant contact with the client and candidates, and will assess the current situation of the latter.

• If it turns out that there is no candidate that meets the client's needs or the duration of the search will be significantly different from the originally planned, we will promptly offer alternative actions.

• During cooperation, the following standards will be observed:
  - information about the candidate will be provided to the Client only after obtaining his consent.
  - HR Solutions LT will comply with confidentiality obligations.
  - A candidate will not be offered until their suitability for the vacancy has been properly assessed.
